Hi guys, I recently purchased a (wireless) M510 mouse to use on my HP P7-1010 W7-64bit system.
I installed the Logitech driver and the mouse operates just fine except that every few seconds, I hear a beeping sound and an icon pops- up on the Task Bar that says "USB Device not Recognized and when I click on the icon, it refers to the Logitech mouse. I would appreciate any help that you can offer as to what may be causing this and what I can do to stop it?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Bob

Hello Bonlink,
Please ensure you have the unifying receiver plugged directly in to your computers USB port and not in to a pass through device such as a USB hub. You can also try your unifying receiver plugged in to a different USB port. If you are able to, please test your mouse on a different computer. The M510 mouse does come with a three year warranty. If your problem persists, I would suggest contacting Customer Care for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.
I hope this helps you out.
Sincerely,
