Questions about Logitech G700 mouse

Tons of question for this mouse and also some guidance on how to use it !

Just bought my mouse 2day = p

Ok most the time i be using it WIRED instead of WIRELESS because i actually prefer WIRED , i bought this mouse because of the looks , features and maybe quality also i love Logitech  , so should i keep the battery inside or take it out if im using it WIRED for long hours

Also its been like an hour , my mouse felt HOT , specially the BTM part , is that suppose to be like that ? Or is it because my battery its inside its charging ?

About the LED light , sometime it just stay still , not moving , but y sometimes it keep going from btm to top repeatly ?

Also about the PROFILES , how many profiles can u store on the ON BOARD MEMORY on the mouse ? ?

Re: Questions about Logitech G700 mouse

Hello Gh0sTn0va,

The G700 will work wired with the battery removed, however  LED's will be red and do not have an option to disable it within the software.

You can save 5 profiles to the onboard memory but if the battery is removed you may lose the profiles when the mouse is not powered. Since this is not the intended configuration, we do not have support documentation for using the G700 with out a battery.

Re: Questions about Logitech G700 mouse

Do i have to register my mouse online for the warranty  ? ?

Also...is it normal for the mouse being hot when charging the battery ? ?

Even im not charging the battery , if im using the wire to play , the mouse feels slight warm underneath , that is normal right ? ?

Re: Questions about Logitech G700 mouse

Hi Gh0sTn0va,

Please note these are user to user forums, not meant to replace official support lines. That being said, you do not need to register the mouse, and it's OK if the battery is a little warm.

Best Regards
