Revolution MX won't scroll

My mouse keeps quitting scrolling... if I unplug it and plug it back in it will scroll... once. And then stop.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling three different versions of Setpoint... no luck with any of them. Also tried every USB port...

I can click the middle button to change the scrolling mode, and that works, it just won't scroll in either mode, in any program.

Computer:

Intel Q6600
8 GB Ram
MSI 8800GTS 640MB OC
Vista Ultimate 64 SP1
Lots of SATA drives

Hi there,

Are all the other function on the mouse functioning properly? i suggest that you try reconnection the mouse to the receiver and check if the issue remains. You can refer to this link as a reference to reconnect the mouse to the receiver.

If the issue still remains, try testing the mouse with the receiver connected to a different USB port. Avoid using any USB hub, extension or KVM switches to avoid hardware conflict.

If the steps above does not fixes the issue, try testing the mouse with a different computer. This is to check if it is a hardware related issue.

Hope this will help :smileyhappy:
