I am looking to buy a new mouse but the person i am buying it for has a specific requirement that you must be able to feel "notches" as you scroll the wheel. They have used mice in the past where there wheel just spins freely and they end up scrolling all over uncontrollably. I have tried searching to see what mice have this and which do not but it seems that no one mentions this either way. Can someone provide a list of logitech mice which you can feel it "lock in" one notch at a time as you scroll? I hope i am explaining this clearly enough - its difficult to explain.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi vxaxv17!
Welcome to the Logitech Online User Discussion Forum
Thank you for your interest on Logitech products. All of Logitech's mices have the feel of 'notches' for the scrolling wheel. However, for a precise scrolling function, I would recommend the MX Revolution or VX Revolution since both mices have the Microgear Precision Scroll feature .
