Hi All,
Please try uninstalling LCC and install a previous version of our software, by following the method below.
- Uninstall LCC
- Download and Save the file LCC 3.3
- Right-click the saved file and choose "Extract Package Contents"
- Run the installation
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,

I'm sorry, I wasn't very clear with my previous response. Please follow the steps below ![]()
- Save LCC 3.3
- Extract the Zip file
- Right click the LCC installer file
- Select Show Package Contents
- Create a new folder on your Desktop
- Move the folder "Content" within the LCC installer file to the newly created folder
- Open the Desktop folder and look for "Logitech Control Center" and Run the file from there.
Let me know how it goes!

That did it - thanks!
Will Logitech be issuing a 3.4.1 release to fix the issue for everyone?

Great, glad I could help!
Unfortunately, I am unaware of what will be available within the next update or if/when an update will occur. I'm normally only notified of a new update around the same time it's released to the general public.

greattypo, I just wanted to reply and say that is exactly how my screen looks when using LCC 3.4.0. I really hope it is fixed in the new release. I am using 3.3.0 until a fix is available.

@bphillips. Thank you very much
. Your solution works well on my Mac Mini 2011 running Lion.
All I needed to do is replace the old Mac applications with keystrokes or 'other' applications in order to take advantage of the new functionality that Lion provides.
Again, thanks.

I'm experiencing connection drop-outs using my Cordless Trackman Wheel with LCC v3.4.0 and Mac OS X 10.6.8.
I've followed bphillips instructions to downgrade to LCC v3.3.0, but received the following error message displayed with a "Quit" button:
"The installer has detected a newer verion of the Logitech Control Center already installed on this system. The installation cannot continue."
Is there any way to uninstall LCC v3.4.0 so that I can get LCC v3.3.0 back up and running?
Thanks!

To answer my own question...
There's a "LCC Uninstaller.app" located in the Application>Utilities folder.
Unistall the LCC application, then install v 3.3.0.
"bphillips" gives a location for the LCC v 3.3.0 installer as: ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/mac/l
Cheers!
