Hello XartiQ,
Which model of Mouse do you have? Which version of Windows and Setpoint are you running?
Kind Regards,

I have the same problem with a G700 gaming mouse. Please help. Thanks!
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Adjust the user access controls!
1) Uninstall Setpoint and re-install setpoint
2) Go to Start > type "uac"> lower the bar the second notch from the bottom and hit ok
This solved it for me.

This did not work for me. I set the UAC to default and reinstalled... no good. Setpoint still cannot detect my G700. Windows 7 64 bit.

Odd that this is happening this month all of the sudden. Running into the same issue as of today. Even tried updating setpoint.
