Well, since I couldn't uninstall the 64 bit version of SetPoint, I tried downloading and installing the 32 bit version just to see what would happen. I got the same error message: "Sorry..... wrong version, etc", and the install routine aborted. BUT, when I then tried to connect to the internet, my browser was pointed to something that doesn't exist and I got a DNS error. I considered doing a DNS flush, but came to my senses and just flushed SetPoint, instead. I did a System Restore and then manually deleted all of the Logitech folders on my hard drive.
If and when the Nano poops out in a few months, I'll just toss it and add Logitech to my (growing) list of hardware companies with bad software, such as HP.
