Hi,
I have a VX Revolution laser mouse still under warranty
Within the first few months, everything worked perfect, but more recently I noticed the mouse wheel is a little stuck, especially when scrolling upwards in websites with microgear set to free scrolling.
The cause of it, seems to me, are the left and right mouse buttons that are too close to the wheel, has when I lift them slightly it scrolls back normally, not so good like when it was brand new, but perfectly acceptable well.
Is this problem a known issue? Is it covered by warranty? Is there a procedure I can do to fix this, without voiding warranty?
I'm not sure if I can get the receipt from the dealer has it was a gift from my wife and she tends to throw them away, read on this forum it has 3 year warranty, since I believe this model still was not in production 3 years ago, its must be covered correct?
Thank you for your support!
EDIT: grammar mistakes
