Forgive me if someone has already posted this, I haven't seen it. Here is the page where Logitech says which devices will work in Windows 8:
People usually turn up here when they have problems,so it is probably too late to suggest that they should check this list before making the leap to Windows 8. If their hardware is mission critical, and it doesn't shows as being compatible, maybe they should hold back in going to Windows 8.
I'd guess that Logitech's software folks try their hardest to make old hardware work in new version of Windows, but it may not be possible to do this for hardware that was designed to work in Windows XP, long before they could have any clue as to what Microsoft would do in Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

I agree with you this would be the right place to post the Windows 8 support FAQ. I hope that a lot of users get to read it before changing OS.
