The mouse works but The scroll wheel does not scroll nor does the forward and back buttons, I have setpoint 4.72 installed.  I had 4.8 before that, How do I get this back?

I have exactly the same issue.

Neither Setpoint 4.72 or 4.8 give you access to programme the mouse buttons or wheel , or connect the mouse under Windows 7 x64.

I can connect.  Just don't have a scrool wheel.  Glad I'm not the only one with this problem.

I have managed to fix my problem, by installing the vista bluetooth drivers. I now have all tabs visible in SetPoint (4.80), and can configure buttons/wheel, and connect the mouse. Hope this works for you too.

You are a genius that woeked.  Logitech needs to hire you, they wanted to send me a new mouse.

I have the same problem.

I am using Samsung netbook N140, windows 7 starter, logitech m555b.

The scroll wheel doesn't scroll.

However, if I press down the scroll wheel and scroll at the same time, then it scroll, but obviously that is not how it should be.

Can you let me know where you download the vista bluetooth driver, and how do you install it ?
