I had purchased a Wireless Mouse M305 a little over 2 years ago. Recently the scroll key and the the right mouse button stopped working. I contacted Rashi Peripherals, the local service centre at Chennai, India who provide service support for Logitech mice, and I was told the mouse will be replaced.
I was told it might take up to 3-4 days for the replacement mouse to arrive since it will need to be ordered. It has been over a week now that I had dropped the mouse off and when I called to check the status I was told that they are not able to promise a time duration as to when the mouse will be available because "the company does not promise any duration." I find it a little suspicious, I have a feeling either they have yet to order the mouse and are just scurrying responsibility. How long does it normally take to receive a replacement mouse? Is there any way I can check if an order has really been placed?
Appreciate your assistance with this. Thanks in advance!
