Mice and Pointing Devices

I'm not sure what happened but my logitack wireless mouse has suddenly stopped working. Changed the batteries and then pushed reset but nothing works.  I can't figure out how to determine what type of mouse it is. On the back it has M/N M-RBB93, PIN 852295-000, PID LZ634AA

Can anyone help me with this??

Hi mdld

Does the green LED light up when you put the batteries in and have you tried to search the device in your Bluetooth software. And, does your system have a Bluetooth hub

I have the same problem too (same mouse). My other BT devices work without a problem...at first I thought it was the batteries but I've used new batteries and have the same problem.

1. The exact product model details as seen in FAQ#5105
2. The software version you have installed for the product
3. Your operating system for the computer
4. Any other troubleshooting steps tried prior to this posting

Sorry, forgot a couple of things.

Operating system is WinXP.
Using a Dell Latitude D820.

As for previous troubleshooting...several battery replacements, checked other BT devices were working with this computer, and used the reset buttons a whole lot ;-)

Are you able to view the mouse in the Bluetooth software to pair it up?

It looks like I have the same problem on my mouse.  My mouse suddenly stopped working, and the red light at the bottom was blinking.  I replaced the batteries but I can't get it to work again.  The green LED is not turning on and nothing happends when I hit the reset button.
