(I apologise if this is in the wrong catagory)
I have a notebook, and a notebook mouse to match. (m-uag120) The mouse has worked great for several months, until the other day when my little brother took the battery out of my computer when it was on. Since then, every time I plug in my mouse I get an error message that says: "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message." If I go through the troubleshooter, Windows tells me that the mouse is corrupt. I don't have this problem with any other USB devices. Does anyone know of a way to fix/replace the software without me having to go get a new mouse?
