Re: "No Logitech Device Found" message in LCC? Please read

I am suddenly getting the same "No Logitech Device Found" message in LCC 2.6.0. My KPDump is ready to send. I hope you find the solution soon. We need our keyboard and mouse keys back.
Thanks

Re: "No Logitech Device Found" message in LCC? Please read

Is anyone from Logitech still watching this thread? It has been over a week since I posted and I have not yet received an email for instructions on sending in my KPDump. I have updated my OS to 10.5.4 and LCC still does not find my Wave Keyboard or MX Revolution Mouse.

Yes.  We need the data for our developers.  From the past data collected, the LCC 2.60 released version should have fixed the identified detection issue.

I will go through the newer posts and send out emails via Logitech support system to your Forum account's email address for you to attach the data.

Thanks

Re: "No Logitech Device Found" message in LCC? Please read

I just bought a Logitech MX Revolution mouse and I installed LCC 2.60. I have Mac OS 10.5.4.
LCC can't find my mouse. I have all the information ready. Can you please email me for instructions on sending in my KPDump?

Re: "No Logitech Device Found" message in LCC? Please read

I've noticed that with the LCC software installed the standard Keyboard & Mouse System Preference grows a tab for a Trackpad. Once the software is uninstalled and the computer restarts, the tab is gone. I was hoping that selecting one of the options on this tab would make a difference, but it didn't. I'm using an LX3 with 10.5.4 & LCC 2.6. The trackpad tab was true on previous versions of LCC. This is true on a new Mac Pro and a iMac.

woody,

Please be so kind as to send me, too, the e-mail address for sending the dump data to. I'm experiencing the "No Logitech device found" error on my Mac w/ MacOS X 10.5.4 and LCC 2.60.

Thanks & regards,

hawi
