Logitech Cordless Track-ball mouse not highlighting anymore on webpages, when left button is held down and moved over desired words/objects ??? Any Ideas ???

For me to have a better understanding on this problem I would appreciate if you can provide the application that you are using the trackman with. This is for me to determine whether it is a application specific issue.
At the mean time try using the trackball without the software and see whether it works on its basic function. I look forward to hear from you soon

Thank for sharing this information to the customer Seanz. I would like to add, please refer to this link to test the device without software and this step would be called embedded mode.

Cordless Optical Trackman doesn't "click"

A week or three ago my Cordless Optical Trackman quit clicking. It still controls the cursor and the mouseclicks have stopped.
When I UNinstall LCC213 drivers on my Macintosh running 10.4.8 it scrolls, clicks, and controls the cursor--that's the embedded functions working I understand.
With lcc2.13 installed, the mouseclick works on the login screen and then stops when the login process is complete--the cursor still moves but mouseclicks are gone.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.
