Hi,
I just bought a ClearChat PC Wireless USB headset. Unfortunately the volume is extremely weak, even when I set volume to the max.
I use Windows XP. In the Audio setting for recording, I have "Logitech Wireless Headset", but when I click volume, I don't have microphone, only "Wave In". The volume is at the max, but when I use the "Test" part, I only get very weak volume, and I have to speak very close to the microphone (I even have to twist it to touch my lips).
How can I increase the volume?
Daniel

Did you ever get a reply? Or did you find a way to fix this?
Let me know - (edit out personal information) -- I have the same problem!

Yes, my solution was radical: switch to Mac and everything works perfectly fine ![]()
