Logitech A-0374A Usb Headset Problems

ive had this headset for awile now, my computer fried. didnt sue it for like 2 months, so i got a new computer; and i had to reinstall new audio drivers. and when ever i plug it in it recognizes it, but when i go into ventrilo it says "Non-mux based mixer failed to find fader. rc=-1" and i cannot talk on any game with it.
i have Sigmatel Audio Drivers.

Hi everyone,

 

I bought a logitech A-0374A in december. Two days ago, I was listening to music and suddenly the headset stoped working.

I tried different USB ports on my computer but it doesnt't work....

 

Can you help me please ?

I already tried it but in fact it seems that nothing happens when I plug the Headset in the USB port...

My OS is vista.
