To whomever it matters to, I was researching before buying this model headset. As a result of the questionable responses to legitimate concerns about documentation and use, the 'blame the customer' posture resulted in my buying a competitors product.

I can see it's a problem... wish I'd researched this before purchasing.... I have the wireless USB version - so changing the port isn't an option... can anyone tell me how to raise the volume of the mic to an acceptable level? I have it set to max, and people can barely hear me.
