Microphones (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

I am interested in purchasing this microphone for recording voice sound for an iphone application.  I just had a couple of questions after reading some reviews on Amazon.com.

Format: One of the reviews said that the sound files can only be saved as WMA.  I need to save the files as AAC or MP3.  Does this model support those formats?

Recording Time:  Another reviewer mentioned only being able to record in 60 second increments?  Is there a limit to the record time, and if so, what is that limit?

I've tried to research these claims elsewhere, but haven't been able to find any specific mention of either (which is why I thought I'd come to the source:-).  I will be using this with a Mac mini with the 10.5 operating system.  Any help or advice on the suitability of the mic for my goals would be greatly appreciated:-)

Hi Chee,

The mic will work fine with a Mac.

The other 2 questions have to do with the recording application you are using.

The microphone cannot impose those limits by itself.

Thanks so much Mike.  I had a feeling that would be the case, which is why I wanted to check with folks who might be a little more knowledgeable:-).  I'll go ahead and make that purchase today!
