I have a QuickCam Pro 4000.I've been using the microphone that comes with camera for a long time.Never had a problem with it.But all of the sudden, people that I talk to using skype, they bearly can hear me.First I thought they have a problem, but when I tested my microphone,it didn't show any movement. You have to scream in order to hear something.I've tried everything, removed drivers and installed new (updated),still couldn't get the sound from it.Ended up reinstalling Windows XP,but didn't help at all.Is there any one who could help me and give an advise.Or my microphone is going to die???
Thank you.

Welcome to the New Logitech Community Forums Sotke.
I would suggest that you try increasing your microphone volume.
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices.
2. Click on Audio Tab and pick the sound recording device which you would like to use
3. Click on The Voice Tab and choose the Voice recording and click on volume. You will be able to increase your volume.
