I can't figure out what to do. I have everything plugged in. Have power cycled my laptop, have played around with device manager, and looked on Logitechs website but can not figure out how to get sound or voice out of my headphones. When I unplug the speakers the volume is fine.

Hi,
I'm sorry you're having difficulties. Your post does not contain much useful information.
"I have everything plugged in." What is plugged into where?
What OS, what connectors do you have on the laptop, what application are you using, what sound card is in the laptop?
You unplugged speakers? the volume on what is fine?
If it is a headset why have you posted in the Microphone forum?
