I cannot get the integrated microphone to work. I can hear and see my MSN Messenger partner, and he can see me, but not HEAR me. Any suggestions, please. And, where do I plug in the included headset? Please go slow, this is all new. Thanks.

did you ever get you mic to work with MS Messenger? I have the same problem. You'd think that Logitech would have a clue since they claim to work with MS Messenger.

Yes, I did get it to work, but have no idea how. I just continued to fiddle with it. I wish I could tell you how, but it has continued to work fine ever since. Good luck.

Please test your microphone on Windows Sound Recorder on your PC:
1. Click Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment and choose Sound recorder
2. Click record button and speak to see whether the green line moves to indicate the application picks the sound.
3. Click on Stop button and Play to check the sound. Make sure the device is selected
4. Click Edit Then Audio Properties and make sure that the correct device is listed as preferred device for Sound Recording.
