650. Changed to a new Cisco rng150n cable box. Entered it into Your Devices. Now will not sync. Where from here? Windows 7 OS. Worked well with previous Scientific Atlanta box.

Try to add your Cisco Cablebox as RNG200 and try if remote will sync
