I just got a Directv Tivo HR22. I have been trying to update my Harmony One and am getting nowhere. I did a search and found out I should use THR22-100 and describe it as a PVR. I go into devices to add the PVR and it asks if I have a remote and then it goes to the section where you update remote to remote for each button. I can't seem to find the appropriate database for this. I doubt very much people have to add each button manually. Anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?

If you haven't changed the remote address of the TIVO other than the default, when it asks you if you have the originakl remote, answer no

Thanks...I tried what you suggested, and it just ended up saying I had no devices that would change channels.

You can disregard that message, I got the same message when I first got my first Harmony and used the automatic method to create an activity that included my Directv HD DVR an HR20-100. I found that when creating any activity to select the second option to create tha activity manually

Finally made progress and the DB is installed from this site. Of course, there are a lot of buttons and changes that I would like to change. When I go to learn a command it simply does not work. It keeps telling me IR is too weak or simply nothing at all. And no command is learned. I have verified that the Tivo remote is on IR, so that shouldn't be the problem. Now my remote is pretty old at 4 or so years. I hope it hasn't conked out with all my messing around I have done.

Yes...did that. Contacted Logitech and they seem to think the ir capability of my remote is dead....sigh...will probably have to get a new one. I guess I shouldn't complain it is almost 4 years old and is used constantly...
