I have seen a number of post around this on various dates. We have tried NUMEROUS things to fix this, NONE HAVE WORKED. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED.
I have reset the device
Reset, revoked and renewed the IP address
Restarted all devices
I even changed the SSID network name and left the password off, to see if that made a difference, and it didn't.
EVEN PURCHASED A NEW DEVICE
Nothing, I repeat NOTHING has fixed this issue. What is the resolution, besides please hold?

I have same issue... Again. I had it a week ago, emailed support and they reset my password even though my password was working just fine from myharmony.com.
Interesting thing is that just now I was able to login just fine on myharmony.com, but my username/login would not work in order to reply to this post. I had to "reset" my password for this site (same username). Its as if they have multiple databases not synced up or something.
So, I have a request in to customer support. They will probably reply by the time the issue is already resolved on their servers.

how frustrating. i have attempted to get my harmony remote set up but the system says there is an error and wont let me go further. it does not say what the error is. i have made a few attempts to set up with different emails with the same lame message. what a way to spend a sunday.
