Just got new Harmony 700 and set it up but cant get my sony Google TV NSZ-GT1 to turn on. The remote will turn it off but not on. Can anyone help?

Hello. Good evening. I have the same issue. I want to be able to program my Harmony 700 remote to contol my Sony Internet Google TV box. 

I hope somebody responds, especially Logitech.
