Purchased a Harmony 300 and visited "myharmony.com."  It apparently downloaded and installed software, and then led me to a page that asked me to attach the device.  It does not recognize the remote after plugging it in.

I have rebooted the machine, cleared my Silverlight cache, and attempted to use the software from multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer.)  None of these have helped.

THe remote still shows up as a generic HID in my device manager; is there some way I can re-download the sofware without messing with the clumsy Silverlight thing?
