Hi all,

I just bought a harmony 300 which is great. I also have a revo running xbmc live and i have an IR receiver i got here...

I read on another forum that the receiver works with this remote.

I noticed if i add microsoft under add device i can add xbox media center, however this doesnt seem to work at all.

Can someone please explain to me what I need to do in order to get the remote working with my receiver and xbmc?

Hi 

Are we talking about an Xbox 360 or the first one?

If its a 360 then you can just add it as gameconsole with dvd, manufactor microsoft and model xbox 360

If its the older version then you will have to enter in the model number of your IR reciever as this uses its own IR language.

If it is not in our database then you will have to learn in the commands using the original remote of the receiver
