I'm having the same problem! I tried the reset of the remote with the power button while removing the batteries. My computer was able to recognize the remote again, but it failed sync like everyone else. It's quiet new (1 month old).

I second Haritza's statement: there is no fix for this.
After wasting two weeks of slow and inept support the warranty department is sending me a replacement unit.

We are aware of an issue causing the Harmony 300 to stop responding and updating to 100% on MyHarmony.com. We have a fix for this issue, which we are currently qualifying and expect to be available very shortly.
Once we have the fix available I will post back in here. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Will this fix the 4 lights blinking as well? I got my remote to sync to 100% by holding the power button while syncing it, but that didn't fix the real problem. Any suggestions?

I just spoke with Logitech support. They are getting a firmware fix for this ready, which should be available on Monday. The phone number for this remote is 866-291-1505.
I'm guessing we will be able to download the firmware and then just sync the remote again without having to start over.

I hope so, otherwise I'd have to send it back to Amazon... unable to watch TV.
Is this a problem, which only occured over the last month? Or is this thread just one of many about this problem?
Since they release the fix hopefully within the next days, the problem didn't seem to be existing before October or so...
Sorry, for my bad english, I'm from Germany and bought this product just a week ago.

There have been several threads about this problem with the 300, not only here but also in the other 2 Harmony remote forums. There is one thing to try, which did work for me, remove the batteries, then while holding the Number 2 channel button, reinsert the batteries.
