I have problem with my satellite box Sagemcom ESI-88 he is in database but not work, i try teach from the old remote but this doesn't work too (harmony 300 recognize commands from old remote but receiver no answer).

I have recently discovered the same problem with my Harmony 300 remote and Sagemcom ESI-88 device. Have you managed to resolve your issue somehow? Do you have any knowledge if other Harmony remote types suffer from the same problem (most interested in 600, 650 and 700)?

Hi, for today is only one solution - record commands from original remote in RAW format.

Can you post settings for your remote - I have some problems with delay parameter...

With MyHarmony, there is no option to learn commands as Raw.
