Purchased a Harmony 600 today and while trying to add my XBox 360 with the myharmony.com software the software was unable to find the xbox 360. I searched with

Searching with just xbox as the model yielded a result but once synced the controls did not work.  I have a remote for a media center PC that works with the Xbox 360 but I was rather hoping for built in support I've seen other posts showing that there is built in support for the 360 so why can't myharmony find it? Is there some other model number I should be using? Why can't I just do a search through Microsofts products?

Hi Centax, 

you are adding it the correct way, have you tried to manually turning on your Xbox 360 then try other commands for your Xbox using the harmony remote?

Please try to add Microsoft XBox 360 again to your account. 

The issue that you have had, has been resolved by the recent update of the Harmony database.
