Hello All,

I have just bough a new harmony 600 remote lastnight and i am verry empressed with the quality and pwerformance of this thing, sure i have spent a lot of time adding and configuring devices on the remote and i can say that the software is brilliant.

Every thing was working as it supposed to be (tv,AV reciever,satellite reciever) but i have a minor issue; the mute button some time works and some times not and is not a button issue as the time it works the little icon that show the transmittion on the display shows up and when it doesnt the icon also dosent show on the display.

So my question here is there is any specific setting for this?

No there is not, you may just have a hardware problem, if you press the Mute button harder does it work every time?

you are right apparently i was not pressing hard enough

every thing is fine now.
