Harmony 650 does not turn off/on all three of my devices

I programmed my Harmony 650 Remote to operate my TV (SamsungUN55C7000), my cable box (Motorola DCX3400, and my BluRay Home Theater System (Samsung HT-C6600).  My problem is that when I  press ""Watch TV"  all three  do not always come on, and if they do, my Home Theater System goes to "D.IN", not "HDMI IN 1"  I use the onscreen help to fix it.   Then I press "all off" button to turn all 3 off. Sometimes all 3 go off; sometimes, the TV stays on with a "No Signal" message on the screen.  Again, using the on screen "help" button, i can get it off.

I want to be able to hit one button and all three go on, and one button for all three 2 go off.  Shouldn't I be able to do this?

Thanks,

Re: Harmony 650 does not turn off/on all three of my devices

Hello ribit2you,

It seems that the Harmony remote is sending out the IR signals too quickly and they are not always being received by your equipment.  Try increasing the Inter-Device Delay on the remote.  To do this follow these steps

Adjusting the inter device delay on a Harmony 600/650/700 remote

Re: Harmony 650 does not turn off/on all three of my devices

I'm having the same issue with my Samsung TV UN60D6240UF. All off does not turn off my TV. I tried the help and manually adjusting the inter device delay between 0 - 1.5 sec. Still doesn't work. Very frustrating.
