Hello ;-)

Since yesterday i own a Harmony 650 Remote. The configuration works except of one vital function:

When i press the program channel up or down button the remote switches two channels not one.

Example: I want to switch from channel 8 to 9. I press the cannel up button one time and the remote switches to channel 10.

The same for channel down. One key press channel down from channel 8 leads to channel 6!

What can i do to solve the problem?

If you are using MyHarmony.com to program your remote, you need to contact Harmony Support and have them lower the Repeats for that device.  If you are using the stand alone software 7.7, select the device in the software, and select Troubleshoot, then select Device responds too much or not enough, then lower the repeats.

The old software times out, useless atm! I must take the long way and contact the support!

That is the problem with using MyHarmony.com you are very limited in your programing ability
