For unknown reasons my 700 remote is refusing to sync via myharmony.com. It checks the account settings, then pops up a message that it can't sync with my remote. No further information is provided. Using different USB ports makes no difference.

Have you tried putting your remote in safe mode and see if this made a difference?
Also try clearing the Sliverlight Cache and if using Firefox clear the browser cache and make sure your cookies are enabled.

I've put it into safe mode, and cleared my silverlight and Firefox Cache. My 650 won't sync either. . I've also removed icons as posted by another thread. Any other suggestions? I've emailed support on the 18th of September and still have not received a response

I put my remote into safe mode, cleared the Silverlight Cache and the Firefox cache. It still doesn't work -- the website gathers my account settings, then as soon as it says "syncing" I get a pop-up message that it can't sync.
Any other ideas? Since it isn't just me, this seems to be an issue on the MyHarmony website...

Im having the same problem, and nothing fixes it. All tech support offers is tear down my setup. This has been working with my current setup just fine for a month or so. Why doesn't a software re-install work? Please patch this quick Logitech. I own MANY of your products, please don't give me reason not to trust.

I found the fix my brothers!!
Turns out using the graphics for favorite channels keeps it from syncing. I just got mine to sync by removing the graphics for favorite channels.
