Hi. I have recently recieved my new Harmony 700 remote. I have been able to get to the stage where i have inserted the USB cable. The harmony shows that i have USB connected however my PC does not seem to recognise this. I am unable to click "next" from the USB screen. Very frustrating!!

Please try using different USB ports on your computer.

Similar problem:  when I connect the 700 to the Dell it asks that I install driver software, which cannot be found.  Helpl!
