I'm brand new to the universal remote thing, but I'm not completely incompetent. So I'm setting up all my devices and processes, and when I'm done everything is working like a charm... Except my projector. It doesn't power off all the way.
I went back through the setup and asked the remote to send two power off signals, like I would have to do with the optoma remote, but that's not working either. The only thing I'm thinking now is maybe it's an adjustments to the pause between signals.
If anyone has, or is having the same issue, I would love to know the solution.
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.
You've posted to the sub-forum that's specially for people with the 300 and 600 models so that may be why no-one replied before.
You're right that the PJ needs a pause between the two power-off commands, and that can't be set by the user.
I always suggest that a PJ should be the one device that you don't include in the Harmony's automatic power system.
A bad command can damage the lamp, and it's better to set the automatic one to "none" and send the actual one - twice, manually.
