on tuesday i logged in at my account. two hours later i want to login again, to make changes on my harmony, i only get "Server-Error". I tryed it on 3 pc's, everywhere the same "server-error".
Why is there no software to change the features offline?
I could create a new account, but then i had to programm my harmony again with features (i dont want to do this again!!!). Is it possible to save the programming?
How can i loggin again? Please fix my accout!!!

myharmony.com is already fixed and you should be able to login to your account but if you still have the same problem it is better to contact for phone support.

Similar issue today. Server Errors for the past hour. Tried clearing caches, but still can't get in. Only way I've found to login is to uninstall and reinstall the myharmony software every time I want to program the remote. When I try to contact support, I get offered a $29 phone support. In my opinion, it's not me that needs support, it's myharmony.com . I'm so furious that I think Logitech should be paying me $29 to fix their web site code. Speaking of which (and also the reason for my issue), all I wanted to do was report to Logitech that their infrared command code for the Pioneer VSX-1022-K is wrong (main device powerup and powerdown is not correct). I've wasted an hour just trying to do them a favor by telling them. I'm losing respect for the brand at this point, mostly because they have made myharmony so difficult to deal with.

Did Phone support provide you with an incident number?
If your concern is regarding the harmony software there will be no charge.
if you want you can submit a Ticket on http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/ask

I hit this too.
After contacting their support team through emails for many days, all I get is - they said that there's something wrong with my account (though I operated my account normally) but could not tell what was it (although I sent them many many ... times of error logs by checking the "Send" button in error message).
The worst thing is - the refund period expired and I cannot get my money back!
So if anybody hits this problem, don't bother to waste your time with their support team, they know nothing more than you.
As I see it, Logitech has no intention to fix this problem, they just want to SELL it and don't care how you use it - as a remote (as it supposed to be) or an expensive paperweight!
