Hello all,
I bought a Harmony One+ remote last week and configured it. Everything works properly (except for my marantz audio system, but i blame that on the IR receivers on marantz' end).
I noticed that the MX3200 keyboard / mouse set was in the list of supported hardware, so i enabled it on my remote. The thing is, i cannot configure actions for it (it does not seem to see signal from the keyboard). So, my questions are :
- is the mx3200 set really infrared ? If not, why can i configure it ?
- If it is infrared, where is the emitter on it (as i might not be pointing it to the remote the right way) ?
Thanks in advance

The MX3200 is not IR, it is RF. It cannot be controlled by your Harmony

makes sense to me but then, why the heck is it possible to add it to my remote ? I guess it's just one of those mysteries that'll never get solved...

Some user probably added it to his account thinking it could be controlled by his Harmony remote, and it never was caught by Logitech, so it ended up in the database. Similarly, you can add the Wii to your account, but you cannot control it with your Harmony
