Hello Highutta,
Did you try downloading Silverlight from the link the person who posted before you indicated?

I was initially unable to even get to the MyHarmony.com site. After I disabled most of my virus protection software, I was able to get there and it seems to be working. After reenabling each feature of the antivirus software, I was able to narrow it down specifically to the "Information Hiding" option. If I turn this option off, I am able to get to myharmony.com. This same problem occurs in Firefox and Chrome. I have the latest versions of the OS, Safari, and Silverlight. My antivirus software is Intego VirusBarrier X6. But my question is why do I have to disable virus protection software for your product to work? Your product should be designed to work WITH virus protection software enabled. It's exceedingly frustrating to buy a new product and have to do your own troubleshooting to get it to work. To me, this indicates laziness and shoddy engineering/coding on Logitech's part. I realize you can't test your coding with every option out there, but why try to get cute and use this new option, when the previous downloadable software worked fine?

I have OS X 10.7.3 and can not get MyHarmony.com to work on either Firefox 9.0.1 or Safari 5.1.3. I updated to the latest Silverlight version, 5.0.61118.0. Using Firefox, the window hangs up on 100% and with Safari, it continues to ask me to install the software, which I have done multiple times. Nothing seems to work. This is ridiculous.

i was having the same problem (blank screen) after logging in to set up Harmony 300 on most up-to-date versions of Firefox and Safari running OS X 10.6.8. i used this link from Christophe31: here . After installing Silverlight, still had no luck. I then quit all my open browsers and reopened Firefox, went to myharmony.com and successfully logged in and synced my remote! wish you all good luck!

i had the problem with blank windows. after receiving absolutely no help from logitech (their customer service is atrocious and their csr reps on this websites are complete idiots) this is how i resolved it.
go to your control panel and uninstall firefox. then go to the myharmony website. it will see that you are missing silverlight and tell you to download the myharmony software. do so and install it. this also installs silverlight 4.0 instead of 5.0 the logitech app will not work with silverlight 5.0 but im sure they will fix it to work with 5.0 when 6.0 is finally released, you might as well keep trying to suggestions of other users on this board because logitech doesn't give a **bleep** about you now that they have your money.

Just spent two hours on the phone with tech support trying to get the Harmony 700 to sync with a Mac 10.7 and Safari, we tried running 32 bit and various fixes - nothing worked - basically if you have a Mac your Harmony is a paperweight.

Hello, i got the same problem. How is it possible that this isn't fixed yet?
Tried all major web browers reinstalled silverlight and still it gets white screen when i insert the USB cable.
Using latest OSX
Is the only way to resolve this by premium support for 30$?! can't find any other phone support.
Anyways good job with your support logitech

What a joke! I will never purchase another Logitech product again. The ineptitude is staggering. It borders on fraud.
