I am very sorry for your experience.
I can assure you though that no accounts get cancelled. Usually when you get a message that your email and/or password are incorrect that can be just the password is wrong or just the email, not necessarily both.
Some days there are a longer then normal hold time, but if you are in the queue and even if the call center was to close you would still be served. We have to clear all calls waiting before we can leave at night. If you were to hang up and call back you would loose your spot.
You said this happened after you changed your password.
Did you try and reset the password or make a new account with a different log in? (You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link)

Nov 12, OSX 10.5.8, Harmony 700, just updated to Silverlight and have gotten nothing but a blue screen with a logitech logo in the top left - then "spinning beach ball of death" and "Safari not responding." Tried on Firefox as well, with even less results. They both load up to 100%, then nothing. I can't even set up my new remote!!
What the heck? I'm not upgrading my OS to use a stupid online, Silverlight-based web interface. I'll just return the remote and write about my horrible experience to everyone on FaceBook, etc.
Has this been fixed??? Is it going to get fixed???

Seems many continue to experience poor service with regard to this product.....
Logitech has the longest delays and worst customer service response I have ever experienced for a technology product.
In additon, depite working through the MacOS connectivity issues on my own by finally connecting through a Windows partition, my ipad and iphone will not sync.
Given the seriousness of the product failure, the lack of support, as well as the failure to make a statement on the Harmony Link page, has turned me into a former customer.....

Safari 5.1.1 (7534.51.22)
Using the version of Silverlight supplied by Logitech, MyHarmony.com failed to lauch as expected (blank screen). After upgrading to the latest version of Silverlight, it worked.

I actually solved my problem by downloading the actual Harmony software for Mac, version 7.7.0 I think. Found that on a Harmony 700 forum issue page. That has worked great for me. still no luck with myharmony.com - and from what I've heard, it's a step back from the stand alone software, so I don't think I even want to try it again.

The firefox option doesn't work either. All I get is a the spinning things that registers 100% but doen't load the page. When I tried 4 other browers (Avant, Opera, IE and Safari) I either got the non compatible message or server errors.

I can't believe this. Just got the Harmony 300 and I can't configure it since the software doesn't work
I get to the login screen, but after plugging in the remote I just get a blank page. I'm running Safari 5.1.2 on Mac OS X 10.7.2 but I also tried Firefox and Opera. I also downloaded the latest version of Silverlight.
I also restarted the browser and computer, and disabled browser plugins (AdBlockers etc that might be conflicting), but nothing helps.
Guess I'll have to return the remote first thing tomorrow. Thank you Logitech.

I work on Mac OSX.7.2 and Firefox 9.0.1, I downloaded this SilverLight plug-in here and now myharmony.com works fine on my iMac. I hope this informtion will help you.
