Hi All,
Currently there is an issue launching the Silverlight app from Myharmony.com web page when using Mac OS X 10.7 platform and browser Safari 5.1.
From the MyHarmony.com web page, when attempting to click "Sign in to my account" or "Set up my Harmony remote" will result in the message "This software doesn't support your browser or operating system."
To successfully access or create an account, as a workaround please use an alternate browser such as Firefox until this issue is resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Regards,
Dino

I am having the same issue with OS X Lion and Safari 5.1. I tried Firefox and Internet Explorer and neither were able to open MyHarmony.com. I can log into my account but not the MyHarmony.com site. Here is the error message I receive listed below. The page never renders so that error is all I get.
Is there any sense of urgency to resolve this issue?
This page contains the following errors:
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

Bought 650 yesterday. Mac 10.6.8 and latest Safari or Firefox browses are unable to setup on MyHarmony web site. Cannot complete process, always fails when I select TV connection, server error. Called tech support, the agent was very helpful but unable to fix. Was referred to next support level for call back. No call back received yet when I look at my messages they show issue solved.
This is a very disappointing product/web experience.

------ FROM A WEB DEVELOPER'S POINT OF VIEW ------
Seriously Logitech? This thread is almost 2 months old and is still not resolved. I work at a softtware company and if I ever told my boss that our customers can only use my web app in Firefox, I would be fired instantly. By the way, it does not work in Mac Chrome either. May I suggest re-building your web app in anything except Silverlight? Microsoft Silverlight will not scale for the future.

Running OSX 10.7 Lion here as well and can't use the myharmony.com site at all. Installed the old version of Firefox they recommend (V3.x) and still no luck. I get a message to install additional plugins, and then an error that no suitable plugins could be found. So basically Macs running Lion can't access the site at all.
So disappointed with Logitech, very much regretting my decision to purchase from them.

No way !! I can't believe I purchased this and can't use it. I am utterly astounded at the fact you have had this long to get it ready for Lion and it still doesn't work. I tried your solutions and agree with everyone else that they do not work. Geez, come on !! The only bright side is I just purchased it today and will be very glad to explain why I'm returning it to the store tomorrow along with my phone call to your customer service. Hire some software engineers and get your products working.

The Harmony 600 and the customer service at Logitech are a tragedy! Do not buy it.
The software was not able to program the remote correctly and evidenlty I had all sorts of difficulties using it.
I tried to call them so many times but the never answer. At one time I wanted to see if they will answer but after 45 minutes on hold and after the customer service hours were up I got their 'after business hour message." I submitted a ticket on line and the reply came a10 days later, which included evidenlty a template and useless answer.
I am unable to log into my account anymore. I tried Safari 5.1.1 (the latest version), Firefox 3.6.23. I was able to change the password but when I try to go back and log into my account my username or email address is not recognized anymore.
WIth other words, do not try to call them, if you email expect a useless reply many days later, and in the mean time your account migh be ramdomly canceled. Terrible, terrible product and service.
