Ne TV Not in Database

I recently bought a new LG TV, and tried to replace it in the Myharmony software. It does not exist there. I called help to find out how long it takes to get a new product into the Logitech database ( which they promote so prominently). The support agent, who was nearly incoherent, was no help, and said he was sending me an email to pass me on to another support group to help me with "my troubleshooting problem". That was merely a site designed to sell an extended warranty since the Harmony One was no longer under warranty. It is hardly a warranty issue to find out when I could reasonably expect a new product to be in the database. The TV has been on the market at least 2 months.
Has anyone here had much experience with how long it takes to get the database updated for a new product, such as a TV from a major manufacturer like LG?

What's the model number of your TV?
You can try using a different model number for your LG TV

New models get added by users like you. So play along and learn all the commands from your remote or simply pick a different model. Codes rarely change among different models within a brand. Otherwise, you'll probably be waiting months.
