Hello Gabzor,
Yes it should.
Sometimes something becomes corrupt in the previous account and then you could not log in. This sometimes happens if a device is not added properly or an activity is not made properly.

Hi,
I am not able to login to my 'myharmony' account due to a server error!!!!!! I have tried creating another account and using that but still am not able to login.
This problem has been occuring for a number of weeks now and is extremely frustrating to have purchased a product and then not be able to use it effectively.
The remote is a Harmony 300.
Regards,
Scott

Hello Scott,
If you have tried all the suggestions in this forum and the FAQ for your remote it is best to call into the Harmony Support center.
You can find how to contact support through your Remote program if you can log in or email our Harmony Support team.

CatLogitech,
The problem with your suggestion is the fact that when you call support they just tell you that they are 'updating' the server and to try again in 2-3 hours and if it does not work, to call support back.
If this has been going on for quite some time based on the posts I am seeing, the people doing the 'upgrade' need to be fired. If I took this long to run an upgrade process, I would have been handed a pink slip long ago. If you are having a legitimate issue with the server, state that there is a PROBLEM, not an upgrade.
I have been an advocate of Logitech for years and have loved your products. I have various keyboards and mice (which I am typing this out on now), two Logitech 1100's and a Logitech 1000. If this achillies heel of required server communication) for the Harmony Link and the other 'lower end' remotes does not get fixed in a revised design (and available to current harmony users), this may be my last logitech product.
I am really upset with the lack of support knowledge or their ability to 'think outside the script' to make customers happy. Geez, take a note from Amazon's or Nordstrom's customer service playbook.

Hello davenlei,
I am sorry to hear about your experience with our Harmony Customer Care. For the Link our engineers are looking into people not being able to sync, but our servers are going through some maintenance as well.

Thanks CatLogitech.
Sorry to be so harsh but I am surprised at how 'in the dark' customers are feeling about this issue especially since I have received excellent customer support from Logitech in the past.
I just hope a revised firmware and app update will address this sever connection requirement and at least have a timeout allowing the existing configuration to be used. This would have kept customers happy and not cause the stressful 'war room' scenario the Logitech engineers are probably enduring now.

If you feel strongly about this feature davenlei you can fill out a product survey which will be sent to the appropriate departments.

I cannot log on to the server. without this the remote becomes a paper weight!
