Server error

Hello, I wanted to change my harmony 300i settings yesterday. I managed to change it twice, but then I have been disconnected from the server.
Since then, if I try to login, it tells me there is some server error.

Any news about this problem ?

Help and support from Logitech is required.

Hello,

What happens if you two try and make a new account just for testing? Does this one work?

What about removing the last change you put in if you can access your account?

Re: Server error

I have been having this error for 2 weeks now, Harmony 700.

If I try to log into my account, I get to this and then it just hangs:Capture.JPG

I have also tried to make a new account, and end up at the same screen.

Obviously many have a similar problem, as seen by the posts on the forum.

So what is to be done?

Re: Server error

Hello lafargeotte,

Since you have the Harmony 700 have you tried the 7.7 software?

What OS are you using?

What browser are you using?

Have you disabled all firewalls and security software?

Have you tried logging in without having the Harmony remote plugged into the computer?

Re: Server error

Hi,

There is no problem using the 7.7.0 software. Unfortunately it will only programme 6 devices and I have 7, hence the need to use the website.

What OS are you using? - Win 7

What browser are you using? - Firefox 9.0.1

Have you disabled all firewalls and security software?  - Yes

Have you tried logging in without having the Harmony remote plugged into the computer? - Yes

Thanks,

Paul.

Hi Cat,

There was the problem.

Silverlight application storage was not checked.

All seems fine now, thank you.

Paul.

Re: Server error

Hello,

I have tried everything about clearing Silverlight cache & Firefox history/cache, it didn't work.

So, I made a new account, could access the new account & synchronise my 300i.

But, will it still work after 3 sync (since my first account stopped working after 3 sync).

Thank you.
