Stuck at 100% (transferring data from files.myharmony.com)

Hi everyone, just got my Harmony 200 today and trying to set it up. My computer (XP) recognises the remote via the USB and I have already downloaded the Software. After the login page it simply shows me a screen saying 100% with some loading animation, and the bottom of the screen says 'transferring data from files.myharmony.com". This has been going nowhere for literally an hour. Anyone can help it would be appreciated.

I have also tried it on a different computer with vista. I am getting the same 100% deal

Check if you have application caching disabled on Silverlight, and if so, enable it. This MIGHT solve the problem.

How do you change the caching on Silverlight?

I'm not sure I understand the article, but I think I did.  But I'm still stuck at 100%.  Any other help you can offer?

You must use Internet Explorer. I ran into the same issue using Firefox. I switched browsers and it worked perfectly. Hope this helps.
