So I have 2 MyHarmony accounts (2 300 remotes), and while trying to make changes to my 2nd remote, I all of a sudden get logged out, and am unable to log in again. I get the dreaded 'Server Error We are having trouble communicating with the server. Please sign in again to continue" message.
This account worked fine for months, so not sure what changed, but it is definitely something with the account, as I am still able to log in to my other account.
I have tried Chrome, Safari, IE and Firefox (with the latest Silverlight version), on Windows XP, Windows 7 64-bit and OS X (10.6). Tried from different networks as well, no dice.
This has been going on since Sunday. Any suggestions? It kicked me out while I was trying to fix some issues, so now my remote is useless. Thanks.

That's what tech support wants me to do as well, but then I have to start all over with customizing the remotes, plus I would have to create another e-mail account. Hard to believe they can't just fix this.

So I created a new account, tried to add an AppleTV, and bam, same problem. This is ridiculous. I own a pretty popular website which is involved in the home theater space, and I am ready to start posting about this, desptre my previous good Harmony remote reviews.
I am ready to throw all the Harmony remotes out, and just switch back to my JP1 based units.

It wasn't a login issue, the account (or part of it) was actually corrupt. I just got a response indicating they deleted some devices from the 2nd account, and now I am able to get in again with that account. I quickly made the changes I needed and synced my devices before it stops working.
