New purchase.harmony 650. just trying to get the software on to my computerso i can set it up.

Have created account

have hit download button

useing firefox

modem active for aprox 10 m download

cant find any ref to the software on computer on desktop or my docs or program files. where to from here.

I dont want to waste 10m usage again.

HELP NEEDED.

Are you trying to connect to MyHarmony.com, or are you trying to download the stand alone 7.7 software?

I just followed the prompts as instructed by the scanty paperwork that came with the 650 model. I just want it to do something.  As it comes out of the packabibg it is dead apart from messane to connect wia internet. I am not tech savy, just old age citizen.   gmp101

Are you using a high speed modem connection or are you using a Dial Up connection?

I have adsl2 connection. much faster than dialup but dont think it is highspeed. It takes about 4 minutes to download 10migs.

From other posts it seems that 77 is way to go. How should it download and install? will it show up in programs section of my computer? Seems that myharmony is for dummies like me but I would like to try for the best outcome if at all possible

You can download it here.  It will show up as a Program under your program list under Logitech
