Artwork is not being captured

I just added a new album (.mp3) and added the artwork to each file as I do with all of my music. When I did a 'clear library and rescan everything' Squeezebox Server does not show the album artwork. I then added the image as cover.jpg to the album folder and performed another 'clear library and rescan everything' however, Squeezebox Server still does not show the album artwork.
Any ideas??

Try the information here on our Wiki http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Album_Artwor
If not, try running the CD using a media player like Windows media player or Media Monkey and have the program attach the artwork.

The album artwork is already attached/associated with each .mp3 file in the ID3 Tag as I mentioned above. ITunes sees the artwork of each file just fine as well as Windows Media Player, The Godfather and Easy CD-DA Extrator. The issue is Squeezebox server 'doesn't show the album artwork. Even with the album artwork added to the album folder as 'cover.jpg' Squeezebox Server doesn't show the artwork as I stated. It's also only for this one album that Squeezebox Server is not showing the album artwork

No. It's also not a CD. It's an .MP3 downloaded album from the Artists website.

Does the music play all fine?
Have you downloaded from this artist's site before and have no issues with artwork?
What version of the server are you running?
What windows are you running?
Is all original music stored on the computer in the same spot?
Have you cleaned the cache folder from the Squeezebox server control panel under advanced settings?

Yes the music plays just fine
I have never downloaded from the Artist's side before
Squeezebox Server 7.5.5 -r32671
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
All music is in the same folder, yes
I have not cleared the cache folder. I will try that.

What tag type are you using ? Have you looked at the scanner log in the Web Ui under the advanced tab for issues ? Your setup is identical to the OP ?
