I've had a aqueezebox radio for a few months and at first it worked great.

I am having trouble with it at present - it doesn't want to access any music, even though I have a great signal, my computer is on the same network, Media Center is up and running (although when I click thru tabs, it does freeze ocasionally).

So I don't know how to troubleshoot any more. The radio has told me the last couple of days that it can't access mysqueezebox.com, yet I don't see any complaints here. I just tried to access the site and it won't load on Chrome.

Does the radio need mysq to access my local files?  I can't even access those.

Me too, David. I just posted after you. I think it's their server, because everything else is working fine--streams, internet, itunes library. I just hope someone's listening.

Yes, I just checked and can access the website, but when I try the radio I get a DNS resolution failure under diagnostics.

We noticed that around 2PM (PST) my wife tried to play it and then it turned off immediately. I work in IT so I checked the wifi status and it showed red. So i tried first just restarting power to it, no luck still red. Then I tried reset to factory defaults, re-connected to wifi no luck. Then I restarted my wifi router just in case even though my laptop and iphone were working just fine on wifi. When I tried to browse to the mysqeezebox website it wouldn't work so I assumed it was their service. Around 8:15pm (PST) I went onto the device and it looked like it was ok. I played pandora but it played for a second then turns off. I noticed that when it was playing a pandora station for a second it showed me some SSL error. It sounds like their system was down or there is a problem with it.  Wish Logitech was more pro-active on their network status. I will post a tweet to see if I see anything.

Yes, I think Logitech's support systems **bleep** more than a little. I had to re-register as I couldn't log on using my first details, had to use my wife's email addy.

I'm still trying to get this sorted, it spoils a decent radio. 

My radio does not seem to be recognized by the server software. I just played Pandora for a few minutes but stil can't access my local files, and while playing Pandora (the radio has come back up a bit) I see on the radio a message that tells me it can't log on to MySqueezebox.com.

I'm totally confused now as to what I need to play the **bleep** thing.
